PHILOSOPHY OF PRACTICE
If the result is what a patient remembers, every step toward it deserves the same deliberate attention.
That attention starts before surgery, in consultations that are unhurried rather than templated to a slot. Time spent understanding what someone actually wants, not just what’s fastest to plan, is time that changes outcomes.
It continues after, too. Involvement doesn’t end at the door of the operating room, or at discharge. A decision made on the face isn’t something to hand off once the technical work is finished.

THE SURGEON STORY
I am the elder child of two extraordinarily talented, hearing-impaired artists.
Watching my parents navigate the world taught my brother and me lessons no classroom could: resilience, discipline, and the refusal to give up.
That belief carried me through an All-India Rank of 433 in NEET-MDS, and into the demanding field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Residency began with the most difficult cases: facial trauma from high-speed collisions, fractures visible to the naked eye, and reconstructive surgery after cancers of the face and jaw - often rebuilding structure with bone grafted from the leg or rib.
After six to twelve hours of surgery, what patients remembered and cared about most was never the hours of reconstructive work.
